In order for us to provide you with the best service possible we ask all of our new couples to book a consultation with us, this can be via zoom or the telephone.

Whether you know exactly what you want or not visit our contact us page and fill in the online form with all of the relevant information, the more you give us the quicker, simpler and easier your consultation will be.

Then the process begins -

1. We arrange a time and day convenient for your consultation.

2. Once we have all the information we need we will then come up with an accurate quote to fit into your choices, colour scheme and package and will send a detailed email over to you this will be within 7 working days of your consultation.

3. Once we are both happy with the details both parties will sign a contract and deposit will be sent to us via bank transfer to help protect everyone involved.

4. We will then curate everything for your special day and keep you updated and informed.

5. We will then deliver your order on the day to the chosen venue/s

We work hard to ensure your day is as stress free as possible so therefore we provide the delivery and set up of everything you request from Aloe & Ginger.

Aloe & Ginger have a minimum spend policy of £800, this is to ensure all costs are covered and make sure you are getting the best possible service provided to you.
